We ship throughout Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and to over 200 countries Worldwide
What are your despatching hours?
We despatch Monday - Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Next Working Day orders must be placed by 4 pm Monday
Can I Track My Delivery

Yes, if you choose shipping options with Available Tracked when we despatch your order we will email you with the tracking details. Tracking details may not appear or update on the carrier's website until the parcel has been scanned into their network on the evening of despatch.

If you are unsatisfied with products you purchased from proive-shop.com, you can return your item(s) as follows:
• Items purchased online must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and in a new saleable condition. The item cannot show any signs of use. If the item is considered used – no credit issued and the item sent back.
• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
• Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

1. Package up your item securely. Remove any previous shipping labels from the box.
2. Ship your items. Use the shipping label below. Please note you are responsible for the return freight, any insurance, and scheduling the pickup of your package.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit within 1-2 business days and will refund the money.
prodive-shop.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
