  • DELIVERY TIME

    We ship internationally throughout Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, and to over 200 countries worldwide. 
    We despatch Monday - Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Next Working Day orders must be placed by 4 pm Monday.

  • CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

    We are based in Bulgaria, part of the EU. Therefore, all orders within the EU will include VAT (20%) in the price, and all orders outside the EU will exclude VAT. 

    We will only charge you the product price plus shipping. If you order outside of the EU, your country may charge you import tax, duty, and broker's fee upon the arrival of your item. Duty and import taxes cannot be avoided and are charged at the discretion of the country of arrival. 

    Custom fees are in no way related to our site and are solely implemented by the country of arrival.  We are not responsible if you cannot provide all the relevant documentation to your customs, so make sure you do so promptly to avoid any prosecution fees. 

  • PAYMENT METHODS

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Your Credit/Debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway: Braintree powered by PayPal Checkout

    PayPal:
    You can pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or your debit/credit card without sharing your financial information. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

  • GIFT CARD VOUCHER

    If you want to make a gift to a friend or a loved one, you can purchase a gift card for a certain amount from our shop. During the purchase make sure you give their correct email - you don't want the gift card to be sent to someone else. To use a gift card from our shop, simply put the code from the card in the discount code box at the checkout. The gift card credit can only be used once, so make sure you use it up in a single order. 
  • RETURN POLICY

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase 14 days after the receipt of the goods. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.


  • VAT FOR COMPANIES

    If you have a company, please register your account in our shop and provide us with your username and your company details (including VAT number). After that, we will make sure your account is VAT-free (after confirmation of the VIES VAT number validations). 

  • TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Your order will include a tracking number if you chose a tracked shipping option. If you do, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and you can track your order on the website of Deutsche Post.
