If you are unsatisfied with products you purchased from prodive-shop.com, you can return your item(s) as follows:
• Items purchased online must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• All returns must be in original packaging, unused, and in a new saleable condition. The item cannot show any signs of use. If the item is considered used – no credit issued and the item sent back.
• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
• Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

If you want to return the item you have just sent us an email on [email protected] or used contact us form and write your order number.
1. Package up your item securely. Remove any previous shipping labels from the box.
2. Ship your items. Use the shipping label below. Please note you are responsible for return freight, any insurance and scheduling the pickup of your package.
