Delivery Information and Shipping Options
We ship worldwide from within the EU — to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and over 200 countries. Every order is packed with care and dispatched quickly so it reaches you as soon as possible.
Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same or next working day. The times below are transit times after dispatch.
Typical delivery times
These ranges are based on our own shipping records — around 9 out of 10 parcels arrive within these windows. They are estimates, not guarantees: customs checks can add a few days, especially for destinations outside the EU and for the United Kingdom.

Shipping options
- Standard (€4.90) — economy post with limited or no live tracking. Same transit times as above.
- Tracked (€8.50) — full tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Recommended for higher-value orders and destinations outside the EU.
Please note: tracking details may not appear or update on the carrier's website until the parcel has been scanned into their network, which can take 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Customs, remote areas & returns
Some shipments may need additional transit time for customs clearance, and deliveries to remote areas can take a little longer. For international orders that are refused or returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
