Polar H10 Battery Replacement — What’s in the Kit
Everything to bring your Polar H10 heart rate sensor back to life: a fresh CR2025 battery plus a genuine sealing O-ring for the battery cover, so your chest strap stays watertight in the pool and open water. The same kit also fits the Polar H1, H2, H3 and H6 straps.
How to Replace the Polar H10 Battery
1. On the back of the sensor, turn the round battery cover anticlockwise (a coin helps) and lift it off.
2. Remove the old CR2025 and the old O-ring.
3. Fit the new sealing O-ring, drop in the fresh CR2025 (+ side up) and turn the cover clockwise until snug. No tools needed.

What battery does the Polar H10 use?
A single CR2025 3V coin cell. Our kit uses a quality CR2025 for long, reliable life.
How long does the Polar H10 battery last?
Around 400 hours of training — roughly a year for most users. If the strap keeps dropping its Bluetooth/ANT+ connection mid-session, a flat battery is the usual cause.
Do I replace the battery cover too?
No — the plastic cover is reusable; you only swap the battery. Always fit the new sealing O-ring from the kit so the cover stays waterproof.
