What battery does the Cressi Archimede use?
A CR2032 3V lithium coin cell. Our kit includes a fresh CR2032, a genuine O-ring and silicone grease.
How long does the Cressi Archimede battery last?
Cressi's manual doesn't specify a fixed duration — replace it as soon as the low-battery symbol (steady or blinking) appears on the display, rather than waiting for it to fail mid-dive.
Will replacing the battery erase my dive data?
Yes — Cressi's manual notes that changing the battery resets desaturation data, time and date, and restores the default settings (e.g. FO2 21%, ppO2 1.4 bar). Log any dives you need before you open it.
